Incredible job. Our patio was in major need of a face lift and Sunde accomplished it! Our patio looks amazing and can’t wait to use it! Sunde was responsible and brought issues to our attention so we can decide what to do he didn’t just hide the issue. After the initial sand installation a heavy rain washed some of the sand out he was out with in the week to correct it and will cover it for a year. Having a paver patio is nice but requires maintenance and it’s good to know Sunde will be there to help keep up with it. Thank you!

I have a very large patio made with paver blocks and it needed to be fixed. I was calling for estimates . Mark from Sundae’s Best was my first appointment . He and his men were great , prompt , knowledgeable and courteous with me and my wife. They pressure washed my patio , swept it with poly sand and resealed it . Fantastic job! We have a six-year-old paver patio in our woods that had moss growing all over it. Most of the grout was gone and grass was growing between the pavers. Sunde Best Hardscape Restorations cleaned, repaired, and sealed the patio. It looked like crap now it looks brand new.

This company completely transformed our Unilock paver patio. Over the years, it had become dirty, worn-looking, and honestly a space our family had stopped using altogether.
We had ongoing issues with the polymeric sand/grout not staying in place because of the pitch of the yard, but Mark took the time to thoroughly power wash the patio, refill the joints, and professionally seal everything.

Mark was extremely knowledgeable and explained the process necessary for restoring my paver patio. He did excellent work in a timely fashion and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly. I have worked with several companies over the years and he was by far the best. Working with Mark Sunde was a great experience. He transformed our dull, washed out paver stone patio back to its original color. He stripped two coats of sealant, removed the polymeric sand, repaired defects, resanded, and resealed. The patio looks great and we could not be more pleased with the work.

My family is absolutely thrilled with the patio Mark and his family installed for us. I have Gen Contracted many projects and am familiar with the challenges of dealing with contractors and can say with certainty that Mark and his Crew were among the most professional and skilled group I have worked with. His ability to help visualize design and layout and the quality of the prep and finish work was excellent. I believe he would do nothing different if it were A patio for his own family.. also, one thing I appreciated was the cleanup of the site upon completion and doing His absolute best to limit damage from equipment that generally always occurs with a project of this type, they were extremely conscientious, professional, and just plain good people to deal with. we are having them back this summer to add onto the current project and would highly recommend them to anyone that is considering a patio project. Also, his pricing was very competitive and well worth the peace of mind, knowing someone is gonna do the job properly. i’m generally someone that never posts online, but in this case Mark is a contractor that earns and deserves your work, So this old man makes an exception! I would’ve liked to have included a photo, but we’re covered in snow.
Mark did a great job stripping and re-sealing our large back Unilock patio and brick walls. Looking forward to having him do the front in the spring. I recommend Sunde Best.

Mark and his team did a great job cleaning and sealing our Uni-Lock patio. They moved all the patio furniture, chairs, planters etc. did the work and then moved everything back into position.

I very highly recommend Sunde Best Hardscape Restorations! Our raised patio was in pretty bad shape. The front wall and step was leaning and sinking, the pavers were uneven, they were dirty, and most of the polymeric sand was gone. Mark completely rebuilt the wall and step, leveled out the uneven pavers, washed the pavers and swept with new sand. It now looks fantastic! Not only did he do a top notch job, but Mark was an absolute professional to work with. He was informative, had great communication, showed up when he said he would, and completed the job in a timely manner. If you’re in need of work on your patio, Mark is the guy you want doing the job!
Mark Sunde and crew took an old, unlevel 20+ year old paver patio and made it look new again. The job included a set of new steps to replace the old tripping hazards! The team did not cut corners and had a few surprises that took extra time while keeping true to the original estimate. I rarely leave reviews and would not hesitate to recommend Sunde Best!

I think I cannot give enough compliments to Mark Sunde and his brother for “restoring” a brick patio and steps. Mark’s quote was fair, he was always on time, he was easy to communicate with, he was neat on the job, he was very conscientious about his work and detail ….and the end result is amazing. On a scale of 1-10…. A 20!
We had a very challenging paver patio repair project that required tearing down a main wall and pillars supporting decorative planters. This was an issue created by the original installer. It was a very labor intensive project that Mark took on with a great attitude. He always had a smile and would answer any questions I had and explained exactly what he was doing! The project ended up taking more time than he had originally planned and Mark made sure we knew he wasn’t leaving until the project was finished and we were satisfied. He finished the project and we are very happy with the finished look! We would absolutely recommend using Sunde Best for any paver patio projects.

Mark and his team did a great job rebuilding our retaining wall. This wall was installed 11 years ago and was improperly done so as it had begun to bow out and separate. Mark and his team tore it down brick by brick, meticulously removing whatever glue/adhesive was still present, and rebuilt the wall by removing hundreds of pounds of dirt, adding limestone, and a geo-grid fabric to hold it all together.
Mark was punctual, a great communicator, and cleaned up after themselves. We would use and recommend Mark at Sunde Best again and again!

We had a fantastic experience with Sunde Best Hardscape Restorations. We have a patio that is 17+ years old. Mark came out within days of our call. He gave us a fair and honest estimate to repair some steps and a wall that had settled. He suggested a power wash and a sand replacement..said he could get it looking brand new. He completed all the work in a very timely manner and after the power wash it looked BRAND NEW! Couldn’t be happier! I have already passed his name to family and friends and I will be having him back in the spring to help with a few more projects!

I contacted this company to clean, level and fill my brick walkway. Mark was quick to respond to my request for a quote. I found the quote to be reasonable for the amount of work and materials required for the project. Mark was able to get the project scheduled promptly and started the job as promised. The job was completed while I was out of town. Upon inspection of the completed projects I had a few questions and requests that Mark immediately responded to. I am very pleased with how everything tuned out. I highly recommend this business.

I contacted Mark about cleaning and resealing the paver stones on my patio. He was prompt at meeting with me so I could get a written quote. He was very thorough in explaining to me what he was going to do. He said it would be a 2 step process consisting of first pressure washing the pavers and then apply a sweep sealer/ haddener. He was able to get the power wasing done in a timely manner, but due to rainy weather which would affect the curing of the sealer he had to wait for a dry period of time. The patio pavers looks great and I would recommend Mark for any landscaping projects!!

Mark just finished cleaning,sealing and restoration my block and pavers patio.The surface was dark and moss was growing in the cracks.After he finished looks like new.There was an area of the patio I place a mat and my grill over.That area was really clean and bright compared to rest of patio.Now you can't even see that spot the patio is so clean

Mark is a good guy, and does great work.
Mark was hired to do power washing on my sidewalks and driveway. He was professional and easy to talk to. He showed up on time and was very informative about what he was going to do. I was completely satisfied with the work he did and couldn’t believe how different it looked. My neighbors even complimented his work.
