This wall was installed 11 years ago and was improperly done so as it had begun to bow out and separate. Mark and his team tore it down brick by brick, meticulously removing whatever glue/adhesive was still present, and rebuilt the wall by removing hundreds of pounds of dirt, adding limestone, and a geo-grid fabric to hold it all together. Mark was punctual, a great communicator, and cleaned up after themselves. First off, and should be important to any customer, is his friendliness and humility to help without price gouging, even on projects outside of his professional arena. He listened to what I wanted without trying to talk me into something unnecessary just for more money! He is an extremely hard worker and takes pride in his work and went above and beyond what I hired him for...at no extra charge!!!! I had to convince him to allow me to pay a little more because he was non stop getting it done, and mostly because he did not expect it! He saved me hours of ongoing maintenance. AND besides being reasonably priced for this project and being such a hard worker and a nice person.... he showed up early....imagine that!!
